Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will oversee all operational activities for TMJ Capital’s Oklahoma City office, playing a pivotal role in driving growth, strategic development, and operational efficiency. This leadership position requires a proven track record of managerial success, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a strategic mindset to execute the vision of the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the operations of all companies under TMJ Capital’s Oklahoma City office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive growth through strategic development, marketing initiatives, and effective recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing businesses and lead the execution of opening new ventures under the direction of the Managing Partner.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure operational efficiency and business success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with a detailed track record of managerial success in a dynamic, high-pressure work environment.
  • Strong background in project management and/or real estate development is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute with precision under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States
  • Marketing and business development experience, including recruitment and onboarding.
